In this role, you'll be connecting with landlords or their representatives (estate agents or letting agents) and offering them a chance at a multi-year guaranteed rental contract. 

All you need to do is introduce the concept, discuss general terms, and gain the landlord's informal agreement via email. 

We've built a large database of prequalified investors, so the ratio of supply and demand is in your favor! The majority of the leads you bring to us will sell within 1-2 weeks--and sometimes in as little as a few days. Our sales team has a closing rate of 87%!

For every lead you bring to us that turns into a deal, we'll pay a generous 50% commission. Our average deal value is £5,000, so you'll earn an impressive £2,500 per closed deal on average!

When you secure enough leads to achieve just one closed deal per week, you'll earn over £10,000 monthly! 

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

This role presents staggering income potential and comes with a unique set of challenges. Successful agents will have a high tolerance for rejection and the boldness and creativity to innovate new approaches. Thinking outside the box is critical. 

You'll also benefit greatly from general business acumen and the ability to choose a niche, leverage digital outreach methods, and form strategic partnerships. Experience in real estate is helpful but not required.
