Excelerate's Executive Accelerator is an immersive 8-month program that transforms senior leaders into high-performing C-level executives.  

In this program, we: 

• Focus on the development of 5 critical leadership skills UNIQUE to enterprise-level leaders.
• Help companies and boards rapidly elevate their existing and incoming leaders by: 
  • Creatig a succession plan
  • Building a strong taleted bench of upcoming leaders 
  • Prevent growinng pains and struggles that come with transitioning leadership roles. 
• Enables the most senior leaders to create profoundly positive impact and helps companies avoid succession planning disasters. 

We are looking to partner with sales professionals who: 

• Has access to C-suite level executives.
• Find leads and see them all the way through to the end of the closing cycle. 

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

There is a combination of experiences and traits that will help a sales agent be successful with our services: 

1. Someone who is established and can speak credibly with CEOs about the needs of executives and the kinds of problems they face. These problems include lack of executive presence and speaking ability, or the inability to lead highly successful teams of senior leaders due to ego. 
2. Tenacity to keep calling. CEOs, C-Suite Leaders and HR folks are busy and may not prioritize our service until they have a chance to understand what it offers. 
3. Someone who likes to sell a solution vs. a product. The right agent loves to uncover the problem so that they can present the solution in a brilliant way that is unique to the client. 
4. Someone who is willing to be a partner in the process and will make recommendations to improve the service-product, provide intel from what prospective clients are looking for and who is generally interested in our success as well as their own.
