What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We are looking for consultative sales representatives who ask a lot of questions up front. 

Client engagement is part of the sales process.  By the time we deliver the proposal, the prospect knows what to expect with regard to project approach and cost.  At that point, all that should be left is signing the agreement.

Some of the deals are quite large and require good negotiation skills.
