Our lead generation process ensures that independent sales professionals have a steady flow of warm leads, making it easier to engage prospects and drive sales. Leads are generated through targeted cold outreach, specifically by reviewing a prospect’s website for a prominently displayed Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP)—a required component of HIPAA compliance. If an adequate NPP is missing, the organization is out of compliance and indicates other non-compliance issues.
We then initiate contact with a simple but highly effective email similar to: “I have a concern about your HIPAA, are you the right person to speak with?” This approach sparks curiosity and prompts responses such as “What is your concern?” or “Yes, I am the right person”—creating an immediate opening for a conversation. While a small number may respond negatively (“Leave me alone”), the vast majority engage, making these true warm leads.
