Our ideal prospects are mid to large companies. The key decision makers are HR/L&D leads who are tasked with identifying development programs or CXXs who have identified a high potential leader that they want to develop over time.

The ideal participant is a manager of managers, typically with teams of 5 to 6 managers and up to 60 people in their organisation/department.

-They are usually seeking a development opportunity because they want to progress their careers. 

-They are committed individuals who believe in building a high-performance culture. 

-They are looking for an innovative approach that is focused on delivery change, not just education. 

-AI is on their agenda, they are curious about how this technology can be used to develop and support leaders and teams. 

-They understand that change takes time and recognise that a process spread over 9-months will enable them to implement changes with the support of a peer group and a professional leadership coach.

Sales Process Overview:

1. Prospecting: Agents identify potential participants from their networks. Oftentimes the candidates themselves are looking for executive coaching and are highly motivated by their career aspirations. 

2. Qualifying Leads: They are usually at a transition point - new role or planning for a new role.  Prospects must meet the criteria, manager of managers.

3. Identifying The Need: Work with the prospect to complete the application form and help them to identify their goals for the development process.

4. Connecting the Need to the Solution: Walk the participant through the program and connect their needs to the solution and provide a proposal to BB and the Participant that clearly states their aims and success criteria. 

5. Internal Review: Our team will review the application and proposal with you to agree the fit and deliverables.

6. Enrollment & Invoicing: Agents assist with possible additional inquiries, and our team handles the rest.

Commission Structure: Agents earn a 20% commission on every sale, with each place costs £15,500. Selling all 10 places will earn you £31,000.

If all 10 places are sold by one agent, there is a further bonus of £5000 - i.e. £36,000 for a complete cohort.  Maximum number of participants from one company per cohort is 3.

The ideal sales professional for this opportunity is someone who excels in selling high-value solutions and has a natural ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers. Agents should be able to connect easily with HR, L&D, and senior CXX leaders, leveraging their existing network to drive meaningful conversations about leadership development.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have an established portfolio of contacts within HR, Learning & Development, or business transformation, and can engage directly with C-suite executives or senior managers.

• You've sold leadership programs, professional services, or tech-enabled solutions, allowing you to quickly understand and communicate the value of our offering.

• If you can appreciate the impact of AI in leadership development and effectively articulate it to prospects, this will set you apart when discussing the program’s unique selling points.

• You naturally build trust with clients, focusing on understanding their challenges and aligning our program to their leadership needs, rather than making a hard sell.
