EPC's are required by law for all commercial premises.  There are around 5 million commercial EPC's in the UK which need to be renewed periodically.  Therefore a huge pool to target.   

Hollen+ offers market leading commercial energy performance certificates.  We advise Landlords on the current position of their building and provide upgrade opportunities to improve the rating.  

Hollen+ is uniquely structured to enable our process of ASSESS, ADVISE, DELIVER.  Sales professionals have opportunities to earn commission throughout our process. 

We offer a full project management service for those buildings requiring upgrading, and there is a 5% commission available for projects that go through to upgrade stage.  (5% of total project management fee which can easily be 6 figures)
