You’ll be targeting any company with development needs, and we’re especially focused on the most aggressive US markets, such as New York, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Many of our top clients are midsized or large companies in insurance, healthcare, and finance.

Our commission structure is simple: we’ll offer development services at an hourly rate, and you’ll mark up our services and earn 100% of your markup as a lifetime residual commission.

Our rates average at $70 per hour, and a $50 hourly markup is not uncommon. A typical client requires 340 hours of development per month, which would amount to $17,000 in monthly revenues for you—from one single deal.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We’re looking for agents who are prepared to sell high-level development services to the most aggressive US markets. Connections with decision-makers are advantageous but not required.
