What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We are looking for bold, innovative and affective sales professionals that can recognize an opportunity and close. Storytelling is an important skill set to have. In many cases, your potential client will know less about the smart textiles industry than you (once you’re trained). It’s important you help them recognize the opportunity. This requires someone that is tactful, patient, quick-on-their-feet and persistent. 

In our experience, the textile industry has the most to gain but seem to be the most reluctant to adopt (they are very traditional). The technology companies are eager but sometimes have a hard time staying focused since there are usually a number of opportunities to chase down (adjacent industries). We need sales professionals that are willing to adjust their strategy based on differences between industries, and be persistent (but respectful. We are this for the long game).
