Do You Have What It Takes:

The successful BDRs will need to demonstrate

  • A strong interest in telesales and not be fearful of picking up the phone (after all that's the core part of the job)

  • Hunger and a passion for new business development in a home working / or office environment and be willing to be coached in telephone sales.

  • An appetite to be financially motivated and committed to achieving daily call and appointment activity targets.

  • Curiosity to qualify and learn how to help clients solve their challenges

  • Their appetite to be coached and learn the inbound methodology from the HubSpot Academy.

  • A smart in appearance, (you will need to do video calls) and have awesome verbal and written communication skills.

  • A strong interest in the digital sector and sales

  • Strong ethics and a clear understanding of the need to do the right thing to keep the prospects interest at the centre of everything you do.

  • Be a self-starter, confident, have a natural positive energetic attitude and bring high intensity to their work.

  • Understand that the digital world is fast-paced so being able to think on your feet is essential.

Key Targets & Activity Objectives:

  • To make outbound cold calls, plus engage pre-designated sales prospects via the telephone, video outreach message and online social engagement.

  • To engage in 6 Qualified Connect calls per day

  • To achieve 2 Discovery Appointments per day for the Sales Partner team

  • Managing a sales pipeline and successfully assisting the sales team in converting prospects to clients

  • Managing the pipeline through LinkedIn sales navigator and HubSpot Sales CRM

  • Meet the monthly targeted quotas for prospect connect calls and additional enrichment/segmentation through online CRM and Social / Call activity

  • Maintain the HubSpot CRM Pipeline
