Summary
We have a battle tested script and warm/cold leads available. Looking for commission sales reps for Insurance & Estate Planning sales. At Keenan Roberts Agency Partnering with Symmetry we supply customers with over 400 different chemical products sold by the gallon. We pay a minimum of 80% commission on insurance written business and 40% to 70% commission on estate planning referral sales and our target minimum order size is $10,000. You read that correctly that is additional $4,000 - $7,000 in extra bonuses per qualified referral and we do all the work. We offer many insurance products such as mortgage protection, life insurance and more. We work alongside our estate planning partners that offer private trust services that will allow our customers to unlock true wealth preservation and asset protection.
This opportunity is open to two types of individuals.
1. An experienced rep with their own book of business who can generate and leverage existing leads.
2. A rep who can leverage quality leads through our proven system and can call leads with a provided script that typically converts 1 out of every 30 calls with a decision maker.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated and has a track record of success in sales. They should either have a strong understanding of life insurance products if working from their own book of business or have experience selling decision makers. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build relationships with customers. They should also have strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to work independently and manage their own time. Finally, the ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to use customer data to inform sales decisions.
