Working directly for the ministers of SME's / Economy / Innovation / ... An Areopa Knowledge Manager Inside an SME’s organization will ensure the following steps are taken to ensure funding is 100% guaranteed against default for its Intellectual Capital-based project(s);

• Identify the company’s Intellectual Capital (used and non-used) assets in line with 77 added value phenomena.
• Ensure the High-Level Estimation (HLE) is the starting point and context to focus on present and future value of both tacit and explicit IC assets.
• Ensure ownership of the IC by identifying the key knowledge carriers in the key business processes.
• Safeguard the tacit knowledge of the key knowledge carriers; that is capture and store their tacit knowledge and make it re-usable.
