Anyone who owns a home or has college debt - Our entry level program covers mortgage pay-down and can teach owners how to reduce a 30 year mortgage to a average of 9 years. We teach the client how to build an s corp or an llc or how to leverage your 401k and roll it into Real Estate based investments, then it goes into anyone looking to specialize in fixing and flipping, rentals.

Wholesaling - People who want to be educated in those areas looking to build passive income and crate wealth, perhaps pay a child's way through college or a baby boomer who lost a lot in the stock market, really anyone or someone who needs part-time or full-time income.

We have 3 levels of education based on whichever the potential new or educated investor would like to focus on. Round number course pricing is: 2,000, 10,000 or 20,000. There is nothing out there like what we do, we also have folks who have turned this business into site locations nationwide and run extra classes on site to review what folks are learning in their on-line on -demand courses.

In addition, based on availability and location, there are local house tours so the student can learn in a group hands on!
