For us, a sales professional also serves as an advisor to our B2B customers. This individual is required to sell our products while providing support during the sales process, sharing insights on products and style options. Understanding our customers' needs to propose the best solutions—and even going beyond expectations—is crucial.

We seek someone capable of contacting our existing database, initiating introductions, gathering valuable feedback, and proposing our products for upcoming projects. Additionally, the professional will promote our new French Bronze Hardware Heritage brand, which consists of a collection of 38 exquisite products.

This role demands someone who can build long-term relationships as our collection of luxury and premium hardware continues to expand, effectively conveying the quality, warranty, and support we offer with our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the technical details of architectural hardware, including aspects of manufacturing, certification, usage, and installation.

Moreover, we have an in-house support team of three well-trained agents ready to resolve any issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
