What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
It would be helpful to have experience selling to business owners and/or directors. Most of our clients are small to medium sized businesses (5-50 employees).
The ideal sales person will have an honest and transparent sales style. Pressure sales do not suit our company ethic. We do not want to sell a client a service he doesn't need, rather, we want to sign clients who we can genuinely help, as this is how we ensure that we can retain those clients.
An existing set of contacts would be very helpful, but not essential. You will of course need to have a solid strategy for generating leads.
