Kraftwerk Tools are a new and exciting brand of super high quality hand tools which are currently selling well in the UK and European markets.
Our tools come with a full customer satisfaction guarantee and we're now looking to form exciting partnerships with independent sales agents who can help us sell into the DIY, Construction, Industrial and Retail Markets across the UK.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Ideally we are looking for self-employed sales reps that have some experience in selling or using hand tools, although this is not essential. While we expect a level of retail sales (i.e. to mechanics at vehicle dealerships, local garages, etc) we believe that there are more opportunities with B2B sales (engineering firms, industrial applications, utilities maintenance, etc).
What we will require is the ability to deal with the operator on the factory floor as well as the production manager, managing director and all in between. Our most successful sales come from building these relationships over time so we become the obvious choice for tools when required.
In addition to this, we would also be looking for the agent to begin negotiations with local, independent tool distributors.
We are looking to work with independents rather than national companies as we feel they offer a more personal service and rely very much on relationships. Finding these leads and making contacts is essential, and being comfortable handling negotiations is vital. Commission at the standard level would not be achievable on these sales but a profit-share would be implemented to ensure remuneration is provided to continue managing and supporting the accounts.
This is a commission only sales role and you will invoice Kraftwerk Tools monthly. We will pay your invoice, you are responsible for costs associated with your work, tax payments, etc.
