We offer a full construction project management and development management services.  We have deep expertise advising Landlords on the current position of their building and provide upgrade opportunities to improve their buildings, as well as working with tenants to deliver new fit outs, alterations etc.  

Hollen+ is uniquely structured to enable our process of ASSESS, ADVISE, DELIVER.  Sales professionals have opportunities to earn commission throughout our process. 

We offer a full project management service for those buildings requiring upgrading, and there is a 5% commission available for projects that go through to upgrade stage.  (5% of total project management fee which can easily be 6 figures)
