It is important that you have experience in communicating, understanding, sharing your thoughts and listening to feedback, identifying the best fit and only then actually selling to stakeholders such as: department heads, PMO heads, heads of IT, and HR & development management.
Since we focus on methodology, any industry may need our solutions. Usually the best fit are companies that have more than 1000 employees. It is however the largest companies (i.e. over 10k employees) that provide the best chance of regular return business. Therefore, pre-existing relationships in such companies is valuable.
