What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We need the following:-
1. Ideally some technical knowledge or understanding -possibly an engineering background but not crucial.
2. Experience in accessing decision makers and also in creating relationships with numerous people in larger companies.
3. Prefer a 'challenger' or insight provider type of sales person. We are looking to change our sales process so as we initially provide insights to our customers that can improve their business. The selling bit comes a bit later.
4. We offer flexibility in our process.
5. Industry contacts are of course valuable.
6. Must be committed
7. Require smart applicants who can assist with sales strategies and methods and can contribute.
8. Generally an appointment setter and face to face sales process works best to sell this product.
9. We simply need a really good sales person who can close sales..fast.
