SplashDev is an Microsoft Solution Provider based in Romania and Austria that is specialized in offering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Business Central) Consultancy, Development, Implementation and Support Services to customers. 

We also have our own solutions that are running on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for Debt Collection, Leasing, Insurance Brokers and NGOs. In addition we provide bespoke software development services for JAVA projects from Russia or for .NET projects from Romania.

We typically work with customers in the SME segment upto 1,500 employees. Our main focus is on the Financial Services market, but also have customers in other verticals.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We are looking for a diverse sales force. For our more complex solution in the Financial Services area (Leasing, Debt Collection, Insurance) we need experienced agents that understand the complexity of the business and that can have a valuable conversation on C-Level. 

For the standard implementations of projects in the Microsoft Dynamics area and for the sales of Software Development Services, Support and other we need real hunters that can go after new business and can convince the customer that SplashDev is the right choice for their projects.
