Overview:
We are a tech-driven company specializing in fleet management software that empowers businesses to optimize their fleet operations, reduce costs, and enhance safety. We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team on a commission-based basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, particularly within the logistics, transportation, or telematics industries.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our fleet management solution, focusing on industries such as logistics, delivery companies, couriers, transportation, construction and rental companies.
- Present and effectively communicate the value of our software, conducting demos. As we are the developers of our software you can also pitch solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and follow-up communications.
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, maintaining relationships to drive further referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, telematics, or fleet management solutions.
- Strong understanding of the fleet management industry and the challenges businesses face in optimizing fleet operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based: This role is commission based and provides a recurring income in monthly bases , with competitive rates for each closed deal. High-performing agents will have significant earning potential based on closed deals.
