I can say all of the standard boring answers like a motivated, self-starter, aggressive, organized.....blah, blah, blah. If you're a solid sales professional, these are all the basics. What we are really looking for are the sales pros that have solid relationships and who can evaluate what we do and plug us in to the appropriate accounts, period.

If your relationships are with accounts that are buying apparel then there might be an opprotunity for us to work together.  Now we are a manufacturer of apparel that is made overseas so we have minimum orders and lead-times that represent this fact so we can discuss this together.
