Bicom Systems is an independent Communications Platform Provider of over 150 employees based in six offices worldwide. Starting in 2003 by researching and integrating Open-Source Telephony, Bicom now produces, sells, and maintains a mature and tightly integrated Unified Communications Software Platform that caters to businesses of any size through a network of Partner Channels. Some of the companies that use our Telephony Platform include NASA, Airbus Defence and Space, and Red Hat Linux. 

We have a new opportunity for commission-based Sales Agents with experience and contacts in the IT industry of specific territories. Their role will be to engage with key decision makers of Internet Service Providers or Managed Service Providers, generate interest in our Products and arrange demonstrations for the Agent’s assigned Account Manager to complete the sales process. For this service, Bicom Systems will pay 25% of the first sale to the Agent in addition to 10% of all sales generated within the first year with the new Partner. Commissions can also be extended for the same Partner’s sales into the second year if the Agent continues to promote our products and bring in new business.

With the worldwide Unified Communications market expected to be worth $69.93 billion by 2028, with Europe making up an estimated 28% of that total, we feel there are big opportunities for creative Sales Agents with local industry experience and the right contacts to help us to achieve a large portion of the revenue from this market.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

The role is best suited to a sales professional that has knowledge and experience of working with and selling IT systems & services, such as networking, VoIP, WebRTC and SIP technologies, with in-depth local knowledge of their assigned market/s and the ability to converse in the prospect’s choice of language. Good contacts in the IT industry of your assigned market/s will be important.

The Sales Agent must also speak English which is the language of Bicom Systems’ internal office communications.
