What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We are looking for articulate people to source and contact small to medium sized businesses whose current website, email and data backup solutions are stopping them from fulfilling their potential and generally holding them back.

You should be self motivated, of course, but the prime requirement is to enjoy communicating with people and to explain what you can do to help them with integrity and patience. A good sense of humour is probably also essential as we spent most of our waking hours working and feel we may as well enjoy ourselves whilst we do.

No technical or design experience is required, other than a basic understanding of the benefits of using cloud hosted websites, email, backup and data sharing services.

We are not a high pressure, hard sell style organisation. We feel that if we treat our clients with respect, explain everything properly, provide logical answers to queries and generally give them everything they need in order to make a decision to do business with us, it should be THEIR decision to move forwards with us. If a sailor joins our crew it's because they think it's a good thing to do, not because they have been press ganged!
